Space has been very interesting to me this week. Especially the vastness of it. This is from Exp.lorehttp://exp.lore.com/. They have some wonderful science videos. I've spent the week not writing but watching You Tube videos on other folks blogs.
I enjoy learning about space too and teaching about it also. I've had an internal debate about the space program and the amount of money it costs to run it. But there is an astrophysicist named Neil deGrasse Tyson who believes we need to have one. He is so interesting and makes me think that maybe we do need the space program.
It's funny--I've been thinking about space this past week as well. I watched a Neil Armstrong tribute show, and I just kept thinking about how very brave those first astronauts must have been. They truly did go where no man had been before!
