 Quantum Fruitloopery (QFL) is the theory that the word "quantum" could be sprinkled on any New Age, spiritual, "alternative" medicine, or better-than-magic technological claim This instantly transform it from "crazier than a shit-house rat" to "scientifically plausible" in the minds of many credulous people.  So we might logically define it as the use of scientific language inappropriately and without comprehension in order to increase believability of a concept.
