Pozdrav "Greetings" and Happy Holidays-Saturday 9

1. As you can see, Sam loved giving her annual wish list to Santa. Yet some children are reluctant to climb into Jolly Old St. Nick's lap. Did you enjoy the tradition or were you shy? Or did you by pass it altogether -- either because you wrote him a letter or because your family didn't celebrate Christmas?
I can't remember seeing Santa until my brother was born.  I don't think I was shy, I can remember telling Santa what I wanted and what my brother wanted too.  I think I wrote to him at least once. I have no pictures with him, they were always too expensive. I do have one of Лука.  I haven't seen any new pics for this year.

2. Are you currently on the Naughty or Nice list? How did you get there?
I rarely find myself on the Naughty list, but Mr BC has to be on the Naughty list for all the roguish things he says on a daily basis. His Darling Daughters might be surprised....No, maybe not!

  3. Did you ship any gifts to friends and family this year? If so, which one traveled the farthest?

I did order an online gift for DD1, just the other day and since it was from a company that did not give me an exact time frame, I decided to send it to her house in Santa Barbara in case it did not come before Christmas.

4. Did you buy yourself a gift this year?
I always get something for myself, I have a pair of earrings that I will put in my stocking.  "Look what Santa brought me!"

5. What's your favorite holiday-themed movie?

We always watch A Christmas Story and NL's Christmas Vacation.
I told DD1 we were going to be just like Clark's cousin, when we arrive in our RV this year.

6. Thinking of movies, Christmas is lucrative for Hollywood. Have you ever gone to a movie theater on Christmas Day?

No. We were going to go see Les Miserables this year, but the closest it is to us is in Springfield, Mo.  I am really disappointed, but we will see it maybe when we get back.  DD2 wants to go so we will wait, if she can.

7. Have you ever suffered an embarrassing moment at the company Christmas party?
Oh sure, I was still being teased about an incident that happened 15 years ago, I actually quit imbibing at work because I talk too much.  It was good natured, but they did not forget.
8. What's your favorite beverage in cold weather?
At Christmas, I love me an eggnog or mulled cider.  My winter time drink is hot Chai tea with cinnamon creamer.  When we get to CA i will stock up on their Hot Spiced Chai mix. Last year TJ even had a Chai ground coffee.  I hope they have it this year....Yum!

9. What will you remember most about 2012?
It was the year my sweet grandson Caшa was born. He is such a different little lad from his brother Лука and his Grandma's little hugger. 2012 was the year we took up permanent residence in Missouri.

  5. Loved the pictures of your grandchildren. I used to take my boy to see Father Christmas as much for my enjoyment as his. Santa wasn't around much when I was a small child. WW2, you know, it interfered with everything.

Christmas greetings to you and your family.
