I'm Not June Cleaver....Chats on the Farm House Porch

1.  What's your favorite method of travel? I do like to get to CA fast so I prefer to fly, but flying is such a pain.  Remember when flying was special and people dressed up to fly?  My preferred method is our RV Cosette.  She takes us on so many adventures.  With more to come this year.

2.  If you wear jewelry, are you more likely to wear silver or gold? Silver
3.  How often do you wear sunglasses?  I am forming cataracts so I wear them every time I go out.
4.  Which would be easier for you to leave undone (for a short period of time), dishes or laundry?  Laundry, I have enough house clothes to get by for at least 2 weeks.  I rarely wear the going out stuff as much as when I worked, so 2 weeks is about long enough...I have done it.

5.  On a scale of 1-10 (1-hardly any+ 10- house is full), how much clutter have you collected? Maybe 4 as I moved 2 years ago to Missouri and we de-cluttered then.  It took 28 years to build the clutter....and cluttered it was at least a 9 or 10.

  1. Two weeks is a long time between laundry runs. I probably have enough clothes to go that long but I'm so OCD I find myself doing laundry every other day.

An RV sounds nice. Never traveled in one though :)

  2. oh my yes, I do remember the time when folks dressed in a pleasing manner that didn't show body parts that should remain unseen. I miss those days! your RV looks like a lot of fun.

  3. I wash frequently in order to keep the load down. Dressing up for flying... I never heard of that. I don't think I ever did.

  4. It sounds like you understand my clutter problems pretty well. Speaking of dressing up, what has happened to our society? Remember when dining out in a nice restaurant the ladies would wear a dress and heels, and the men sportscoat with his slacks and shirt. That just isn't the case anymore. I still dress up when we eat out. That's part of the fun in the experience.

  5. I am sorry to hear about your cataracts. I hope that they will be a thing of the past very soon.

Is your RV hard to drive? The largest thing that I've ever driven was a Ford Aerostar and your RV looks wayyyyyyyy bigger than that.

    Have a great week!
