Call Me....Maybe Not-Saturday 9

1) Do you owe anyone a phone call?
I always owe someone a call so the answer is Yes.  I don't really like the phone.
2) Do you still have a landline phone?
Yes, although I am thinking of giving it up.  The taxes are almost as much as the initial bill.

3) When was the last time you looked up a number in the phone book?
I probably looked up a business in the yellow book. I only keep one yellow book around, just for looking up business that I can't remember the names.4) Do you receive more calls or texts?
More calls, I only text DD2, and it usually takes me about 15 minutes to do it because I don't use shortcut words and no one texts me.
5) Carly Rae made the Final 3 on Canadian Idol. Can you name another cultural import from Canada?
Nope, I don't watch reality television or the Make a Star shows. I know a lot of celebrities come from Canada.
6) Sam grew sick of this song by hearing it too often on the radio. Where do you listen to the radio most often? Car? Work? Somewhere else?
We listen to NPR on the radio in the car.
7) Mother Winters can work wonders with an iron and a can of spray starch. Every blouse and shirt she presses looks good as new. Is there a domestic chore you excel at?
I don't strive for Excellence in domesticity anymore.....probably never! I use to have this sign in my kitchen.
8) Do you consider yourself competitive?
Not  really, although, I do like praise when I accomplish something.
9) Tell us your superhero name -- as determined by the color of your shirt and an item to your right. For example, Crazy Sam now fights crime as The Light Blue Coffee Mug!

Hot Pink Corgi.

  1. Hot Pink Corgi sounds very cool! And I'm with you on not liking to use "shortcut" words.

  2. I too like the hot pink corgi. Funny!
I like your take on domesticated duties. That's a great way to put it.

  3. Oooo... I have to get a sign like that!

You're right about taxes and fees on phone bills.

  4. Hot Pink Corgi! LOVE IT!!! LOL

I'm kind of at the point where the dust and I are becoming one. If it weren't for my husband's dern allergies I'd say that I'd give it up altogether...

  5. It takes me forever to text. I am usually tech savvy, so I don't know why I just can't get texting.

  6. I really only use my phone book when I have to call the cable company to tell them the cable is out.

  7. I don't strive for domestic excellence any more ... I mean, why wear yourself out sooner than intended?
