A Little About Me-Sunday Stealing

Who is your favorite artist (Any field.): Jean-Claude Picot, he paints lively colors of the Cote D’Azure, I have 2 of his seriolithographs. They are still packed away, one looks similar to the one above. I like them because they have a painting in them similar to the one above.
Describe yourself: I am a short, sweet, slightly overweight Senior Citizen. I have a moderately liberal, independent out look. I tend to be more humanistic in my beliefs. Others can believe in a higher power if they want, as long as they respect that I am unsure. I really don't want their viewpoint on how to believe, impressed upon me.

How do you feel today:
My arthritis in my hip and knees is giving me fits, other than that I feel fine. Thank you for asking.

Describe the area where you currently live:
I live in a very small town, near Jopin, Mo, population 1823. The median household income is $33,858. I would say, we are not the cultural center of southwest Mo, but we do have the Superman Museum and Ice Cream shop, that is open during the summer months and Old Route 66 runs right down Main Street

If you could go anywhere, where would you go?

I think I have mentionedthis a time or two. I would like to take Mr Bankerchick to England, at least a week in London and another week or more, around the countryside in B & B's. That would be heaven to me.

Your favorite form of transportation:
Cruise ship to Alaska. I want to do it.

Your best friends are:
Mr BC and the fur babies.

You and your best friends are:
Are leaving for California on Dec 26 for our first trip in the new RV. I will film another episode of my life tv show with my grandsons my other best friends.

What's the weather like:
Sunny and windy yesterday with a high of about 65. We spent the day moving stuff from our old trailer to our new RV. We will probably put the trailer up for sale this spring.

Favorite time of day:
Very early in the morning when I am alone with my lap top and a cup of coffee and my puppy Totem, snuggled beside me.

If your life was a TV show, what would it be called:
Granny Knows Best

What is life to you:
Choices, if I make good choices it's fantastic, If I don't make good choices it is kind of sucky.

Your relationship:
Is in pretty good order, we still care for one another a lot!

Your fear:
That the inmates are taking over the asylum.

What is the best advice you have to give:
As K said in MIB3, "Don't ask questions you don't want to know the answers to. We saw it last night and it is good advice.

Thoughts for the Day:
  • I've learned that even when I have pains, I don't have to be one.
  • You need only two tools. WD-40 and duct tape.

How would you categorize your soul's present condition?
I'd like to believe in reincarnation that everyone has an old soul inside them, that has lived and learned before, however, if I lived before I did not learn from my mistakes, nor did anyone else

  2. Nice! Now I know all about you without having to visit your about me section :D

If I could go anywhere in the world right now, I'd travel to NYC and Florida. We'd go to NYC to tie the knot and we'd go to Florida to be near the beach. :)

  4. I'd love to go to England as well, but probably with my Mom. Hubby hates "accents and funny costumes" LOL!

  6. You certainly have a valid point about that reincarnation thing.

  7. Don't forget to call in when you come to England. I'm only 65 miles from London.
I don't know what the funny costumes BossNurse means. Does she mean our normal clothes? Doesn't everyone have bells on their socks in America too?

  8. Love your answers!
And I'm so envious of your coming RV trip. It's one of my things to do before I turn *insert figure here* lol. Take care, BC. I hope your wish of taking Mr. BC to England will come true soon.

  10. Enjoyed reading all your responses. I love your thoughts for the day - it's so true: WD-40 and duct tape are pretty much all we need, lol! And your thoughts on reincarnation are spot on.

  11. If ever you come to the UK I hope you choose a time when there is NO rain. We've had rather too much of it lately. A cruise to Alaska would be great, though. As for arthritis... I could do without that any time.
