11/8 What I ate today.
1 (12 ox) can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 package yellow cake mix
1 c. margarine, melted
- Preheat oven to 350 degree. Grease bottom of 13x9 pan
- Mix first five ingredients together in a large bowl. Pore into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly on top of the pumpkin mixture. Drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Refrigerate leftovers.
11/9 How important I think Education Is.
Very!
Education is more than the 3 R's. It is one of the most important investments a country can make in its people and its future and is critical to reducing poverty and inequality. The US hasn't been number 1 for a long time, that is Criminal!
That cake looks good! It would be wonderful if we could meet up next year in Boston. We can discuss it nearer the time and hopefully be able to arrange something. x
