Friday Fragments

Half-Past Kissin' Time
Found this on a Blog I follow:

Friday Fragments are bits and pieces of your week that are usually brief; too short for a stand-alone post, but too good to discard.

This is a Husky-Corgi mix,
Probably the cutest dog I have seen since my dogs.

I just got a new carpet shampooer, so I don't have to rent one
and I still wish someone would come and clean for me.
We took the dogs walking at the park and was sorry to find out they had moved all the benches along the path over to the new playground they have built.  I have to hope with all the work they are doing to make the park more usable and beautiful, they are going to replace the benches they have moved.  I am too old to get up and down off the grass.  The park is not actually in my town so I have to hope benches are in the city plans.

My dogs are off of their regular food and meal time involves a lot of coaxing and cheese sprinkling.  I would consider that it was summer heat but it has been cooler.  And after all the injury I go through to feed them their premium food.  I cut my fingers every few days on the aluminium foil lids, it got my thumb, this morning.  Dang....I wish my fingers and hands worked better.

Hippo has had enough: and so have I.
Thanks for reading.

  1. That is a cutie! And great idea about inviting OCD friends over!

  2. Definitely an adorable dog.
That OCD joke is so funny!!!
So nice to meet you :)

  3. Oh my gosh, that's so my dogs when they beg. That Husky-Corgi mix is adorable! What a combination, huh? I clean houses part-time and I still hate cleaning my own house. I wish I could hire someone too. :-)

  4. I'm in love with the Corgi! What a cutie! I also liked your joke about OCD. One of my daughters is that...and her ADD sister invites her over all the time to help her clean!!!! Glad to know you!

    1. Those tins can be lethal. You could do with wearing a pair of tin gloves when opening them. Going to check out Friday Fragments now. Sounds like a good idea.

  5. Love the OCD comment, and the corgi mix--ADORABLE. Since Huskies need a lot of exercise, I wonder if that dog's short legs interfere.

I'm curious about why your dogs are off their regular food?

Thanks for linking up; I enjoy your sense of humor :)

  6. Took me a bit but am glad I came to visit I have read a number of posts and really enjoyed all of them. That Husky-Corgi is sooooo cute! The OCD party sounds like a great idea, I will have to plan one…LOL
